Scan at Pickup
When you collect a parcel, open the trip and tap "Scan to Pick Up". Point your camera at the barcode on the parcel. A green check confirms the parcel is now assigned to you.
On the Way
Follow the in-app navigation to the customer. Keep your status updated so the customer can see your progress and estimated arrival.
Scan and Confirm at Drop-off
- Tap "Scan to Deliver" and scan the parcel barcode again.
- Hand the parcel to the customer.
- Capture proof of delivery โ a photo or the customer's confirmation.
- For cash on delivery, collect the exact amount shown before confirming.
Important: Never mark an order delivered before the customer has the parcel in hand. Premature confirmation can affect your quality score.
