When You Get a Refund
You are refunded when you cancel an eligible order, return an item, or when an order cannot be delivered. The refund covers the item price and, in most cases, any delivery fee you paid.
Where Your Refund Goes
- Card payments: Returned to the same card you paid with.
- Fawran Wallet: Credited instantly to your wallet balance.
- Cash on delivery: Credited to your Fawran Wallet, or to your bank on request.
How Long It Takes
Wallet refunds are instant. Card refunds typically take 3โ10 business days depending on your bank. You will see a notification the moment a refund is issued.
Note: If a refund has not arrived after 10 business days, contact support with your order number and we will trace it.
