Start a Return
Go to My Orders, open the delivered order, and tap "Return Item". Choose the product, select a reason, and pick whether you want a refund or a replacement.
What Can Be Returned
Most items can be returned within their return window โ usually 15 days, with 7 days for electronics and up to 30 days for fashion. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Some categories, like intimate apparel and perishables, are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
Pickup or Drop-off
- Confirm your pickup address and a convenient time slot.
- Keep the item packed with all accessories and tags.
- A captain will collect it โ no delivery fee for eligible returns.
Tip: Take a quick photo of the item before handover. It helps if there is ever a question about its condition.
