Pick
When an order is ready to fulfil, the console generates a pick list ordered by location for the shortest walking path. Scan each location and item to confirm you picked the correct SKU and quantity.
Pack
- Match every picked item to the order before packing.
- Use appropriate box size and cushioning for fragile goods.
- Seal the parcel and attach the generated shipping label.
Dispatch
Move the packed parcel to the dispatch area and scan it as "Ready for Pickup". When the captain arrives, scan the parcel at handover so the order moves to "Out for Delivery" automatically.
Tip: Scanning at every step keeps inventory and order status in sync. Skipping a scan is the most common cause of mismatches.
