Where to Find Your Orders
Open the Fawran app and go to Account → My Orders. Every order you have placed appears here, sorted by most recent. Tap any order to see its full details, items, and live status.
Understanding Order Statuses
- Confirmed: We received your order and payment is authorized.
- Preparing: The seller or warehouse is packing your items.
- Out for Delivery: A captain has picked up your parcel and is on the way.
- Delivered: Your order has reached you — enjoy!
Live Tracking
Once your order is out for delivery, open it to see the captain's progress and the estimated arrival time. You will also receive a notification when the captain is nearby.
Tip: Make sure notifications are enabled so you never miss a delivery update.
If Your Order Is Delayed
Delays can happen during peak hours or bad weather. If your order passes its estimated time, wait a short while and refresh. If it is significantly late, tap "Get help with this order" to contact support.
