The Barcode Center (Inventory → Barcode Center) is the one page that gathers everything label-related: looking up any FWU unit, downloading every shipment’s labels, allocating unit barcodes, reprinting with a reason, and auditing the whole print history.
Where to find it, and what it looks like
FWU Unit Lookup
Type or scan a full FWU barcode (placeholder: FWU-2026-000000000001-C7) and press بحث. A malformed code is rejected client-side («صيغة الباركود غير صالحة…»). A found unit shows product/SKU, status, condition, custody, warehouse, location/shelf, lot, storage age, linked shipment/order/return — and the full lifecycle log («سجل دورة الحياة»), every status change with time and actor.
Per-shipment label rows
Every FBF shipment gets an expandable row. Inside you’ll find:
- The unit-label mode chip —
SELLER_PRINTS(«البائع يطبع باركود الوحدات») orFAWRAN_PRINTS(«فورا تطبع باركود الوحدات أثناء الاستلام»). Read-only here: the mode is set at shipment creation and changed (pre-receiving only) on the shipment detail page — the Barcode Center just displays it. - Allocation (seller-prints rows only) — تخصيص باركود الوحدات mints the unit codes; a confirmation like «{count} باركود مُخصّص» then unlocks the unit-labels download.
- Downloads — ملصق الشحنة (shipment label), ملصقات الصناديق (carton labels — always available, they’re always yours), and ملصقات الوحدات (unit labels, seller-prints + allocated only).
- Reprint buttons — for cartons and units, each demanding a reason before the PDF opens.
Reprints and the label-jobs audit
Every download is recorded as a job first, then the PDF opens. The label-jobs history («سجل توليد وإعادة طباعة الملصقات») lists shipment, label type, label count, whether it was an original or reprint #N, the reason, who triggered it and when. High reprint sequences are highlighted — reprints reuse the same barcodes, so the trail exists to keep printing honest, not to punish a torn label.
What’s gated today
The page is live, but the unit-barcode service behind it is awaiting platform activation. Until then the header badge reads «بانتظار فريقنا» and a banner explains: «ميزة باركود الوحدات قيد التفعيل من قِبل فريقنا.» — shipment and carton labels are available now, and unit allocation + unit lookup unlock automatically when the service goes live («التخصيص بانتظار فريقنا», «البحث عن الوحدات سيُفعّل عند جاهزية واجهة فريقنا.»).
Nothing about this gating needs action from you. Ship with carton + shipment labels as always; unit-level features arrive with the platform activation.
