In FBS, Ahmad Home Goods stores, ships and delivers by itself. Order ORD-291406 — one ceramic dinner set — arrives, and Ahmad drives every status personally. Here is the whole run.
Starting point
The item shows in the New Orders tab as NEW, fulfillment type FBS. Unlike MARKET, no captain is involved: after approving, Ahmad hands the parcel to his own courier and reports each stage in the app. Two things are non-negotiable at dispatch time: a tracking number, entered in the dispatch dialog, and honest status updates.

Steps
- Approve. Click Approve —
NEW→PROCESSING. The clock is now on Ahmad. - Package. Bubble-wrap the dinner set, box it, and book his courier — “Al-Barq Express” in this example — for pickup.
- Dispatch. Click Out for Delivery. The dialog asks for the tracking number; Ahmad enters
TRK-7789-JOand the courier name, then Confirm. Item goesOUT_FOR_DELIVERY, the shipment records the tracking number. - Deliver. The courier delivers next day; Ahmad returns to the order and clicks Delivered — status
DELIVERED. Done.
What you should see
After dispatch, the order detail shows the tracking number TRK-7789-JO and the courier name in the shipping info block — that is the customer-facing proof the parcel is moving.
A common mistake
Trying to dispatch without a tracking number. The Confirm button in the dispatch dialog stays disabled until a tracking number is entered — the app will not let an FBS parcel go “out for delivery” untracked. Don’t work around it with a fake value: the number shown to the customer must actually track the parcel.
When to contact support
A smooth FBS order needs no ticket. Reach for Support›New Ticket → Shipping & Fulfillment → FBS Shipping Issue when something outside the buttons goes wrong — for example the status will not update after confirming, or a delivery problem needs platform coordination (see the failed-delivery example). Always include the order number and the tracking number.
