Fawran doesn’t (yet) show a single “seller score”. What it does show are concrete, honest signals about how your store is doing. Watch these, and act on them.
The metrics that exist today
| Metric | Where | Why it matters |
|---|---|---|
| Cancellation Rate | Sales Reports | High cancellations mean buyers don’t get what they ordered — the strongest negative signal you control |
| Return Rate (per product) | Sales Reports → Top Products | Flags products that come back too often; colour-coded red at ≥ 5% |
| Returns Impact | Sales Reports → Returns Impact | How much returns are eating into a period |
Two live signals on your dashboard
The habits that keep metrics healthy
- Approve and prepare new orders promptly — don’t let them age.
- Only list what you can actually fulfill; cancel early (with a reason) if you can’t.
- Keep listings accurate — right photos, sizing and description — to cut returns.
- Pack well and label clearly to avoid damage and delivery failures.
- Handle returns within their SLA stages; don’t let deadlines expire.
Cancellations and late handling are the behaviours most likely to hurt your standing. A red product Return Rate is an early warning — fix the listing or packaging before it drags your store down.
A dedicated Store Reviews area is coming. When it arrives, customer ratings will become another performance signal — keeping fulfillment tight now is the best preparation.
