The Sales Reports page — “Comprehensive analysis of your store performance” — is where your real numbers live. (The dashboard’s headline tiles are placeholders; trust Sales Reports.)
Filter to the view you need
A sticky filter bar drives the whole page:
- Date range — Today, Yesterday, Last 7 Days, Last 30 Days, This Month, or a custom range.
- Order Type — All, FBF, Market or FBS.
- Status — Delivered, Cancelled, New, Processing, Out for Delivery.
The operational KPIs
| KPI | What it tells you |
|---|---|
| Total Orders | How many (non-cancelled) orders you got in the period |
| Units Sold | Total units across those orders |
| Avg. Order Value | Average value per order |
| Cancellation Rate | Cancelled orders ÷ all orders — a key health signal |
Revenue and returns-value figures also appear here. The deeper money side — commissions, payouts, settlements — lives in the Finance area, outside this academy.
Charts and tables
On Top Products, Return Rate is colour-coded: green at 0%, amber under 5%, red at 5% or above. A red product is telling you something — investigate its listing accuracy, sizing or packaging.
Where other analytics went
Inventory analytics and inventory reports were consolidated. For stock movement use Inventory History; for live stock use Inventory Overview. Product-video stats live in the video analytics view.
