Registering and listing are free. You pay only when you sell — fees are deducted from your sales proceeds automatically. The tables below are read directly from Fawran’s live financial configuration and are the same figures shown on the Seller website.

Pricing overview

Three fulfilment models, one rule: you only pay when you sell. Here is what each model can charge you.

FBF — Fulfilled by Fawran

FBF

You send inventory to a Fawran warehouse; Fawran stores, packs, delivers and handles returns.

What you pay

  • Referral commission
  • FBF fulfilment fee (per unit sold)
  • FBF inbound — currently free
  • Storage while in the warehouse
  • Inventory removal services only when you request them

MARKET — you hold the stock, Fawran delivers

MARKET

You keep the inventory at your premises; when something sells, Fawran collects the parcel from you and delivers it.

FBS — Fulfilled and shipped by the seller

FBS

You store, pack and ship yourself; Fawran is the marketplace and payment rail. FBS returns are handled by you, with no Fawran return-management fee.

MARKET logistics fee

MARKET

Fawran collects the packed parcel from you and delivers it to the customer. You pay ONE logistics fee per MARKET shipment.

Same order + same MARKET store = ONE MARKET shipment = ONE logistics fee — however many products or units are inside.

Order from Store A: Product A × 2, Product B × 1, Product C × 3 → one shipment → one fee (not six, not three).

If the same order contains MARKET products from Store A and Store B: Store A is one shipment, Store B is another — two fees, never merged.

How the chargeable weight is calculated

  • Dimensional weight = length × width × height (cm) ÷ 5000
  • Chargeable weight = the greater of the actual packed weight and the dimensional weight

Example: a 40 × 30 × 20 cm carton → 40 × 30 × 20 ÷ 5000 = 4.8 kg. If it actually weighs 2 kg, 4.8 kg is charged.

The final packed shipment is what counts. A logistics measurement taken at receipt takes precedence over the measurement you declared; if neither exists the fee cannot be calculated and the settlement waits.

MARKET size classification

Standard when every limit holds; anything exceeding any limit is Oversized. Above the supported maximum the shipment cannot be priced.

When Fawran fulfils an FBF order from its warehouse, a fulfilment fee is charged per unit sold and multiplied by quantity, from the size and chargeable weight of ONE unit.

The one seller-facing price for introducing FBF inventory into Fawran — whether you deliver the shipment to the warehouse yourself or Fawran arranges its collection.

Every inbound size and weight band is priced at 0.000 JOD by Fawran's inbound rate configuration. There is no separate receiving, collection or per-unit inbound charge.

FBF inbound to FAWRAN — currently FREE (0.000 JOD). This is the only seller-facing charge for introducing FBF inventory into Fawran, and it applies whether you deliver the shipment to the warehouse yourself or Fawran arranges its collection. Every size and weight band is priced at 0.000 today; the same bands can be priced later by Finance without any change to how you ship.

Inbound methods (operational choice, not a fee)

  • You deliver the shipment to the Fawran warehouse.
  • Fawran arranges collection of the shipment from your location.

There is no fixed return-management fee. How Fawran handles the financial side of a return depends on who is responsible.

Fawran return policy

There is no fixed return-management fee. Fawran reviews every return case and determines the responsible party according to the Seller Policy and the circumstances of the case. When the seller is responsible for the problem, the seller bears the losses and any customer compensation Fawran determines, and the referral commission on that order is not returned to the seller — even when the customer is refunded the full product value.

  • A return request does not by itself make the seller financially responsible; Fawran decides responsibility case by case.
  • When another party is responsible, the seller is not charged for the return; the referral commission on the refunded amount is reversed to the seller in proportion to the refund.
  • A customer refund and a seller fee reversal are two different things: the customer can receive a full refund while the referral commission stays with Fawran when the seller is responsible.
  • FBF fulfilment and MARKET logistics fees are not reversed on a return — the service was performed.
  • Any seller-borne compensation is assessed for the specific case, notified to the seller, and itemised in the Finance area of the seller dashboard.

FBS returns are handled by you

FBS

FBS orders: you handle the return yourself (approve, receive, inspect) from your seller dashboard. Fawran charges no return-management fee on a standard FBS return; the responsibility policy above still governs disputes and financial outcomes.

In specific, exceptional circumstances additional charges may apply according to the seller policies and the particular case. They are not part of the standard price list above; when one applies it is assessed for that case, notified to you, and itemised in the Finance area of your seller dashboard.

Charges that may apply

  • Rejection of FBF inbound units at receipt (wrong, damaged or unlabelled units)
  • Seller cancellation of an order item the customer did not cancel
  • Logistics incidents attributed to the seller (no-show at pickup, operational delay, failed handover, shipment blocked by the seller)
  • Warranty claims, retention of non-compliant items, and miscellaneous case-assessed charges
  • Exceptional Fawran intervention on an FBS return (platform decision or seller no-response), outside the standard seller-handled FBS return process
  • Other conditional charges provided for in the seller policies

No fixed amounts are published for these charges. Standard FBS returns are handled by the seller and carry no Fawran return-management fee.

The customer's delivery fee (not a seller fee)

The customer pays a delivery fee at checkout by order value. It is yours: held until the return window closes, then released to your available balance. It goes to Fawran only if a return in the same group is completed. FBF orders are free delivery for the customer.
