Registering and listing are free. You pay only when you sell — fees are deducted from your sales proceeds automatically. The tables below are read directly from Fawran’s live financial configuration and are the same figures shown on the Seller website.

Three fulfilment models, one rule: you only pay when you sell. Here is what each model can charge you.

FBF — Fulfilled by Fawran

FBF

You send inventory to a Fawran warehouse; Fawran stores, packs, delivers and handles returns.

What you pay

  • Referral commission
  • FBF fulfilment fee (per unit)
  • Storage while in the warehouse

MARKET — you hold the stock, Fawran delivers

MARKET

You keep the inventory at your premises; when something sells, Fawran collects the parcel from you and delivers it.

MARKET logistics fee

MARKET

Fawran collects the packed parcel from you and delivers it to the customer. You pay ONE logistics fee per MARKET shipment.

Same order + same MARKET store = ONE MARKET shipment = ONE logistics fee — however many products or units are inside.

Order from Store A: Product A × 2, Product B × 1, Product C × 3 → one shipment → one fee (not six, not three).

If the same order contains MARKET products from Store A and Store B: Store A is one shipment, Store B is another — two fees, never merged.

How the chargeable weight is calculated

  • Dimensional weight = length × width × height (cm) ÷ 5000
  • Chargeable weight = the greater of the actual packed weight and the dimensional weight

Example: a 40 × 30 × 20 cm carton → 40 × 30 × 20 ÷ 5000 = 4.8 kg. If it actually weighs 2 kg, 4.8 kg is charged.

The final packed shipment is what counts. A logistics measurement taken at receipt takes precedence over the measurement you declared; if neither exists the fee cannot be calculated and the settlement waits.

MARKET size classification

Standard when every limit holds; anything exceeding any limit is Oversized. Above the supported maximum the shipment cannot be priced.

Extra kilograms are charged per started kilogram: 3.01 kg and 4.00 kg cost one extra step; 4.01 kg costs two.

When Fawran fulfils an FBF order from its warehouse, a fulfilment fee is charged per unit sold and multiplied by quantity, from the size and chargeable weight of ONE unit.

How it is calculated
Per unit the warehouse rejects at receipt (wrong, damaged, unlabelled), with a minimum per inbound. No rejected units → nothing.
