How to use this index
Codes are exact and case-sensitive: FEATURE_DISABLED (uppercase, returns) and feature_disabled (lowercase, unit-label printing) are different errors from different systems. Named states (like “captain no-show”) have no machine code — they are listed by their common name. Open the linked article for the full card: exact message, causes, fix steps and escalation.

If your code is not listed
Copy the exact message and search the Help Center with it — article keywords include the on-screen phrases in both languages. If nothing matches, open a support ticket and paste the exact message, where it appeared, and the relevant IDs (order number, shipment number, SKU, return/case ID). Never retype a code from memory — screenshot it.
