An FBF shipment moves through a fixed set of statuses, and your shipment tracker enriches some of them with finer stages (like "Received — under inspection"). This page is the dictionary: what each one means, who acts, and what — if anything — you can still do.
How to read this page
The status is the real state of the shipment. The display stage is a friendlier label your list and tracker derive from the status plus captain/warehouse progress — it never changes the underlying state. Statuses are shown here as machine codes with their on-screen Arabic labels.

The richer stages on your tracker
On top of the statuses, the shipment list and detail tracker derive display stages from captain and warehouse progress. The three that matter most come after arrival:
Other derived stages you may see: «بانتظار التسليم» (awaiting your drop-off), «الكابتن في الطريق» (captain on the way), «قيد النقل إلى المستودع» (in transit). Self-delivery shipments use a simpler 5-step tracker without captain stages.
When your inventory becomes sellable
Only activation makes units buyable. Received and even Stored stock is still being processed — plan promotions and release dates around activation, not around handover. The shipment detail page shows the warehouse summary (arrived / accepted / stored / activated with dates and counts) so you can follow it precisely.
If receiving finds problems
The warehouse verifies what actually arrived against what you declared. Discrepancies don’t silently disappear:
- Partial receiving — the good units are received and continue toward activation; the problem units are split into cases.
- Damaged / defective / wrong / missing / extra units — each opens a warehouse issue or lands in your Inventory Cases queues (foreign or unsellable), where you decide what happens next.
- The shipment detail shows a counter of open receiving cases («{count} حالة استلام قيد المعالجة») so you know inspection flagged something.
Problem units are never quietly added to sellable stock. Review them in Warehouse Issues & Inventory Cases and choose return, disposal or reclassification where offered.
