Every inventory line on Fawran runs on one of three models: FBF, MARKET or FBS. You choose the model when you add a product to inventory — and one product can be offered on more than one model at once. This guide compares them side by side so you can pick deliberately.
The three models in one line each
FBF — Fulfilled by Fawran (
FBF)You send stock to a Fawran warehouse once; the platform stores it, preps every order, delivers it and handles returns. You have no per-order work at all.
MARKET (
MARKET)You store the goods. For each order you prepare the items and mark them ready; a Fawran captain collects them, the warehouse preps and the platform delivers.
FBS — Fulfilled by Seller (
FBS)You store, prepare and deliver yourself (your own courier). You drive the order status in the app, including a required tracking number at dispatch.

Decision guide
Choose FBF if…
you want zero per-order work, sell steady movers you can send in bulk, and are comfortable with the goods living at the Fawran warehouse. Best delivery speed consistency.
Choose MARKET if…
you want to keep stock at your place but let Fawran handle the buyer-facing delivery. You must be able to prepare orders promptly — a captain is dispatched to you for every order.
Choose FBS if…
you have your own delivery capability (or courier contracts), sell items that are hard to warehouse (bulky, custom, fragile), or want full control of the buyer experience — including handling returns yourself.
💡Tip
You don’t have to pick one forever. The same product can have an FBF line for fast movers and an FBS line as overflow — each line has its own quantity and each order arrives already tagged with its model.
