In MARKET, the goods live with you but Fawran runs the delivery chain. Your part is short and early: approve, prepare, mark ready. Everything after that — captain, warehouse, delivery — happens around you and is shown read-only on the order page.
The MARKET journey at a glance
SELLER_READY_FOR_DISPATCHYour part: approve, prepare, mark ready
- On a new order, click Approve — the item moves to processing and you start preparing the physical items.
- Pack the items securely with the order reference visible.
- Click تعليم جاهز للإرسال (Ready for Dispatch). This writes
SELLER_READY_FOR_DISPATCH— the signal that puts your order in Fawran’s pickup queue. It is the only status transition you own.
A shipment-barcode panel exists on the order page but is awaiting platform activation — the app says so itself: “Market shipment preparation and the shipment barcode will be enabled soon (awaiting Admin system activation).” You never scan anything as a seller: the captain scans at pickup and the warehouse scans at receipt.
The status dictionary
After mark-ready, the order’s MarketPrepStatus advances through these stages (all written by Fawran, shown read-only to you):
| Status | Plain meaning |
|---|---|
ORDER_CREATED | Waiting for your preparation |
SELLER_READY_FOR_DISPATCH | You marked it ready — queued for pickup |
CAPTAIN_ASSIGNMENT_PENDING | Fawran is choosing a captain |
CAPTAIN_ASSIGNED | A captain is assigned |
CAPTAIN_ACCEPTED | The captain accepted the pickup |
CAPTAIN_EN_ROUTE_TO_SELLER | The captain is on the way to you |
CAPTAIN_ARRIVED_AT_SELLER | The captain is at your location |
WAITING_HANDOVER | Hand the package to the captain |
PICKED_UP_FROM_SELLER | Picked up — goods have left you |
IN_TRANSIT_TO_WAREHOUSE | On the way to the Fawran warehouse |
WAREHOUSE_RECEIPT_CONFIRMATION_PENDING | Arrived at the warehouse, awaiting confirmation |
WAREHOUSE_RECEIVED_CONFIRMED | Warehouse receipt confirmed |
PREPARING | Fawran is preparing the outbound package |
READY_FOR_SHIPPING | Ready for customer shipping |
ASSIGNED_TO_OUTBOUND | Assigned to a delivery shipment |
DISPATCHED | Out for delivery to the buyer |
DELIVERED | Delivered |
Warehouse receipt and the journey timeline
Warehouse intake is scan-first: staff scan the shipment and check the items’ condition; units can be accepted or rejected at this gate. The order detail page shows a grouped journey timeline (seller side → pickup side → warehouse side → delivery side) including “under warehouse review” and a “warehouse issue” stage if the condition check finds a problem — in that case the affected units appear under your inventory cases and support can tell you the next step.
When things go wrong
MARKET_PICKUP_NO_SHOWThe captain didn’t arriveThe status stays at a captain stage far longer than expected and nobody shows up.
- Captain reassignment in progress on the platform side.
- Address or contact details on your store profile are unclear.
- Keep the package packed, labeled with the order reference and stored safely — reassignment is handled by the platform, not by you.
- Verify your pickup address and phone in store settings.
- If a full business day passes with no movement, open a support ticket (Shipping & Fulfillment) with the order number.
Include the order number and how long it has been waiting since you marked it ready.
Clicking Ready for Dispatch shows “Could not mark the shipment ready for pickup” or “No Market shipment is linked to this order yet. Please contact support.”
- A transient error while writing readiness.
- The order’s market shipment record hasn’t been linked yet.
- Retry once — the action is safe to repeat.
- If the “no Market shipment is linked” message persists, open a support ticket with the order number; don’t hand goods to anyone until it’s resolved.
If you can’t fulfill (out of stock, damaged item), cancel the order while it is still with you — see Cancel an Order. Once the captain chain starts, you no longer have actions.
Complete example
Ahmad Home Goods gets MARKET order ORD-301442 for 2 ceramic mugs. Ahmad approves it, wraps the mugs, writes ORD-301442 on the parcel and clicks «تعليم جاهز للإرسال». The card moves to CAPTAIN_ASSIGNMENT_PENDING, then CAPTAIN_EN_ROUTE_TO_SELLER; at 2pm the captain arrives, Ahmad hands over the parcel and the timeline jumps to PICKED_UP_FROM_SELLER. That evening the warehouse confirms receipt (WAREHOUSE_RECEIVED_CONFIRMED — both mugs pass the condition check), preps the outbound package, and next day the order reads DELIVERED. Ahmad touched the order exactly twice: approve, and mark ready.
