The Inventory page shows what you can actually sell, per product and per fulfillment model. Each row is one product under one model — the same product can appear as a MARKET row and an FBF row, each with its own numbers.
Who controls the number
Where your stock figure comes from depends on the model — and that decides whether you can edit it:
| Model | Stock authority | Can you edit the quantity? |
|---|---|---|
| FBF | Fawran warehouse stock (lots) | No — it is read-only and shown with a lock. It changes only when the warehouse receives, sells or restocks units. |
| MARKET | Your declared quantity ("virtual supply") | Yes — you declare it |
| FBS | Your declared quantity ("virtual supply") | Yes — you declare it |
FBF quantity is managed by Fawran’s warehouses — you can’t type it in. Trying to edit it is rejected with «لا يمكن تعديل كمية FBF مباشرة — استخدم شحنة واردة» (FBF quantity can’t be edited directly — use an inbound shipment). To add FBF stock, create an FBF inbound shipment.
Reading the key columns
IN_STOCK (green), LOW_STOCK (amber — available is below 3), OUT_OF_STOCK (red — available is 0 or less).Reserved stock, in plain language
When a buyer places an order for your product, the ordered units are reserved: they immediately stop counting toward "Available to sell" so the same piece can’t be sold twice. If the order is cancelled, the reservation is released and the units become available again. The details panel shows reservation counters (active, released, consumed).
You may see declared stock with zero availability. The app explains it directly: units are reserved for active customer orders and will free up when those orders complete or their reservations end.
Why numbers differ between screens
- Each inventory row is one product under one fulfillment model — a product sold as both MARKET and FBF has two independent rows and two independent numbers.
- FBF is counted from warehouse truth (real received units in Fawran warehouses); MARKET/FBS show the quantity you declared.
- "Available to sell" excludes reserved units — so the total you own is usually higher than what buyers can order.
- The Inventory History page shows past movements, never current stock — see Inventory History.
The details panel
Click Details on any row for the full breakdown — combined availability (total / declared / reserved / available), per-warehouse split, FBF lots and inbound shipments, reservations, and a Movements & History tab. For MARKET/FBS you edit the declared quantity here.
The details panel also has the "Show product in store" toggle — your buyer-visibility switch. It’s independent of stock; see Visibility & Availability.
If a row warns that no virtual supply is declared, or flags a drift between declared and actual availability, follow the row’s hint — unresolved drift can make a product look unavailable to buyers.
