Inventory History

Inventory History is a complete, time-stamped record of every stock movement for your store — declarations, receipts, reservations, sales, returns, corrections and more. It’s for understanding and record-keeping.

Reading the log

Each entry shows the product, fulfillment type, the event, the change (before → delta → after), the resulting availability, the source of truth, and any linked order, reservation or lot. Open an entry for the full detail drawer — its footer repeats the golden rule: this is a historical audit record, not a stock source.

Filtering

Narrow the log by SKU, event type, fulfillment, status, stock class, whether it affected availability, or linked IDs (order, reservation, lot), plus a date range. Click Apply («تطبيق»), or Reset («إعادة تعيين») to clear. Very large scans are capped — the app asks you to narrow the date range to keep filtering precise.

Important

The golden rule: current stock is never computed from this log. Your live availability comes from the authoritative sources (warehouse lots for FBF, your declared supply for MARKET/FBS). History explains how you got there — it doesn’t define where you are.

ℹ️Note

A few internal system events are hidden from sellers by design. What you see is the meaningful movement history for your products.

💡Tip

When a number looks off, History is your forensic tool: filter to the SKU and date, and read the movements in order to see exactly what happened.
