Open Settings›Notifications (“Notification Settings”) to control what you’re told about and how.
What you can tune
There are 12 notification events in 5 groups. For each one you can switch it on, choose channels — Email, Push or SMS — and set the language (Arabic or English), then click Save changes (“Notification settings saved”).
| Group | Events |
|---|---|
| Orders | New order · order status change · order cancellation |
| Products | Low stock · product approved · product rejected |
| Returns | New return · return status change |
| Finance | Payment received · payout processed — the financial details of this step are covered in a dedicated Finance guide coming soon |
| Marketing | Promotion updates · campaign alerts |
Keep New order and New return on, with at least Email or Push. These are time-sensitive — orders and returns both run on deadlines.
Honest status: delivery is still being completed
Your choices on this screen are saved correctly to your store profile — but the pipeline that actually sends emails, push messages and SMS is still being completed. Until it ships, do not rely on notifications to reach you.
Today, the in-app experience is the source of truth: check the dashboard’s Needs action panel and the Orders and Returns pages daily. Your saved preferences will take effect as delivery channels come online — no need to re-enter them.
