Open Settings (titled “Store Settings”) to manage your store’s basic information. The General tab holds four cards; Members, Notifications and Legal are their own pages in the same section.
What you can change
Make your edits, then click Save changes (it’s enabled only when you’ve changed something). You’ll see “Settings saved successfully.”
The Members page lives here too — see Managing Team Members. Only an Owner or Admin can change store settings.
Keep your Store ID handy. When you open a support ticket, quoting it helps the team find your store instantly.
Activating your store makes it visible, but customers can only buy once your store is Verified and products have inventory. Activation alone doesn’t bypass verification.
Legal details and bank accounts
The Settings›Legal page shows your legal entity type and lets you manage the bank accounts used for payouts — the accounts themselves are first added during Verification (the Bank step), and this page is where you maintain them afterwards. The financial details of this step are covered in a dedicated Finance guide coming soon.
