Store verification is a company KYB (Know Your Business) process. You complete it once, Fawran’s compliance team reviews it, and only when it’s approved — shown as Verified — does selling switch on. You can prepare products as drafts before then.
Have your company paperwork ready. Verification is for a registered company (there is no individual path):
- Company legal name, commercial registration number, and (if any) tax number.
- Owner(s) details and a national ID (front and back) for each — at least one owner.
- Your commercial registration document to upload.
- A bank account for payouts, its IBAN, and a proof document (statement or IBAN certificate).
The six steps

Every field autosaves as you go — you’ll see a small check or spinner when a field is saved. You can leave and come back without losing progress.
Statuses you’ll see

Selling is enabled only when your store is Verified. Until then, every selling action returns FORBIDDEN_UNVERIFIED_STORE with the message «أكمل توثيق المتجر قبل البيع.» — the full status dictionary with what to do in each state is in Verification Statuses & What To Do.
After approval: requesting a change
Once Verified, your data is locked. If you need to change it, use Request edit — pick the sections and describe the change. Fawran reviews the request and, if accepted, unlocks just those sections (this opens a new review). You can have only one open edit request at a time — the button shows “Edit request under review” meanwhile.
Submitting edits after approval doesn’t bypass review — changed sections go back for re-checking. Plan ahead and get it right the first time.
