Offers are deal programs Fawran runs; you subscribe your products to them at a discounted price for extra exposure. Browse them under Offers, across four tabs.
The offer types
| Type | OfferType | What it is |
|---|---|---|
| My Special Offers | — | Offers you’ve already subscribed to |
| Category Offers | CATEGORY | Deals featured on category pages |
| Flash Offers | FLASH | Short, time-boxed deals with deep discounts and a countdown |
| Big Offers | BIG | Premium, homepage-featured placement |
A fourth type, SPECIAL, backs the “My Special Offers” listing itself.
Joining an offer
For each product you set a discounted price (must be positive and below the original) and an offer quantity. Some offers carry a participation or subscription fee, shown in the offer terms before you commit — the financial details of that fee are covered in a dedicated Finance guide coming soon.
Confirming Join Offer with no products selected fails with يجب إضافة منتج واحد على الأقل.
- No product was checked in the product-selection step, or every checked product was later deselected.
- Go back to Select Products, check at least one eligible item, set its discounted price and offer quantity, then confirm again.
Managing your offer products
Once subscribed, use Manage to edit a product’s offer price and quantity, add more products, or remove a product from the offer. To leave entirely, Unsubscribe.
The offer’s own Details page also shows edit and remove icons next to each product, but that view is still being completed — edits and removals made there don’t reliably save yet. Use Manage (reachable from the same Details page) for changes that actually take effect.
Common mistakes
Trying to edit price or quantity from the offer’s Details page. That view is still being completed — go to Manage instead.
Checking the offer terms after joining instead of before. Minimum quantity, minimum price, combinability and any fee are all shown on the offer’s details page — read them first.
Reserve a sensible offer quantity. Promoting a deep discount with only a few units can sell out instantly and disappoint shoppers the offer attracted.
