Coupons apply a discount at checkout. There are two kinds, on two tabs: My Coupons (ones you create) and Platform Coupons (Fawran campaigns you enrol your products into).

Join a platform coupon
Platform coupons are created by Fawran; your job is to enrol your products. Open a platform coupon and:

Ending a platform-coupon enrollment is irreversible — “this action cannot be undone.” Pause instead if you only want a temporary break.
Coupons don’t carry any funding-split or settlement information on this page — how a discount is reconciled financially is out of scope here. The financial details of this step are covered in a dedicated Finance guide coming soon.
Common mistakes
Leaving the Code field blank thinking it’s required. It isn’t — leave it empty and the platform auto-generates one that follows the 4–8 character rule.
Ending a platform-coupon enrollment when you only wanted a break. Use Pause — End cannot be undone.
Opening the product picker for Selected Listings (or a platform-coupon enrollment) shows لا توجد منتجات نشطة في هذا المتجر. تأكد من وجود منتجات مفعّلة في متجرك.
- The store has no active listings yet — a new store, or every listing is currently Draft/Inactive.
- Activate at least one listing under Products, or finish adding stock so a listing goes live, then reopen the picker.
