Your warehouses are the locations you store and ship MARKET and FBS stock from. Manage them under Inventory → Your Warehouses.
Your warehouses vs Fawran’s
Your (seller) warehouses
Locations you own and manage here. Used for MARKET/FBS stock, FBF pickup as the source warehouse, and packing-material delivery.
Platform (Fawran) warehouses
Fawran’s FBF warehouses. You don’t manage these — you ship to them when you create an FBF shipment.
Adding a warehouse
- Click Add New Warehouse («اضف مستودع جديد»).
- Enter a Warehouse Name — required.
- Set the location — search the map, drop or drag a pin, or use your current location. The simpler mode accepts a written address with an optional map link.
- Add a Warehouse Contact Number (and an optional second one).
- Set the daily working hours (From / To).
- Click Save Warehouse Data («حفظ بيانات المستودع»).
⚠️Warning
Pickups and supply deliveries depend on an accurate map location and working hours. A warehouse created before the maps system is flagged «يرجى تحديث الموقع» (location update required) — fix it so captains can find you. Saving without a pin shows «يرجى تحديد موقع المستودع على الخريطة قبل الحفظ.».
ℹ️Note
Editing uses the same fields. Deleting a warehouse is permanent — the app warns «سيتم حذف المستودع نهائياً ولن تتمكن من استعادته.» and asks you to confirm by name.
💡Tip
Set working hours that match when someone is actually there to hand over parcels. Captains arriving outside your hours cause failed pickups.
