Good packaging protects your products and your ratings. You can order packing materials from Fawran and have them delivered to your warehouse, from Shipments → Order Packing.
The three steps
1 · Select address→2 · Select materials→3 · Payment
- Select address — choose which of your warehouses receives the supplies.
- Select materials — browse by type (cartons, tape, poly mailers, protective wrap) and add to your cart.
- Payment — choose a delivery date, review your summary, and confirm the order.
Each order has a status: Pending → Confirmed → Processing → Shipped → Delivered (or Cancelled). Track them on the Order Packing history page.
💡Tip
Order packing materials at least 5 business days before you run out — Fawran shows this reminder for a reason. Running out mid-week stalls your fulfillment.
ℹ️Note
Delivery is scheduled on a calendar that skips past dates and some days. Pick the earliest available slot that gives you buffer.
