Getting Started · Account

There is no password on Fawran. You sign in with a 6-digit code emailed to you — and the same screen both registers a new account and signs in an existing one.

Before You Begin
  • A business email address you can open right now.
  • Access to that inbox to read the code.

Step by step

  1. Open the sign-in page. You’ll see “Sign in to Fawran” with the field Email Address.
  2. Enter your email and click Continue.
  3. Check your inbox. The screen changes to “Check your email — we sent a 6-digit code to …”. The code is valid for 10 minutes.
  4. Type the 6 digits. The form auto-submits on the sixth digit — you usually don’t need to click anything.
  5. You’re taken to the store picker. First time here? Create your store next.

ℹ️Note

Didn’t get the code? Use Resend code — there’s a 45-second cooldown shown as “Resend in {n}s”. You can also use Change email if you mistyped it. A code allows 5 wrong attempts before you must request a new one.

💡Tip

For security, Fawran shows a neutral message — “If this email can receive messages, we’ve sent it a 6-digit verification code.” That’s normal; just check your inbox (and spam).

⚠️Warning

Never share your code with anyone. Fawran staff will never ask you for it. A code is valid for one sign-in and expires after 10 minutes.

One account, many stores

Your email is your identity. From it you can create several stores or be invited into stores other people own — you switch between them in the store picker. For code limits, troubleshooting and sign-out details, see Signing In & Sessions.
