Create Your Store

Getting Started · Store setup

Creating a store takes three short steps. The wizard is titled “Create your store — complete these steps to launch your store on our platform.” You can finish in under two minutes.

Step 1 — Store market

“Where do you want to sell?” Choose your market. Today Fawran supports Jordan 🇯🇴 and Lebanon 🇱🇧. Your market pre-fills your store phone’s country code (+962 or +961) and determines which Fawran warehouses and logistics apply.

⚠️Warning

Choose the country your store actually operates in — the market drives logistics and cannot be treated as a cosmetic setting.

Step 2 — Store details

Store name (English)
Required, at least 2 characters. How your store appears to English-language customers.
Store name (Arabic)
Required, at least 2 characters. Your store name in Arabic.
Store email
Optional store contact email.
Store phone number
Optional. The country code is filled automatically from your market.
Important

Both the English and Arabic store names are required. Email and phone are optional and can be added later in Settings.

Step 3 — Add members (optional)

Invite teammates now or skip and do it later. Add an Email address, pick a Role (Admin, Manager, Staff or Viewer), and click Add. You can’t assign the Owner role — that’s you.

The final button reads Skip and finish if you added no members, or Create store if you did.

A new store starts Inactive and you are its Owner. It won’t be visible to customers until it’s activated and verified. Your next stop is the dashboard’s activation checklist.
