The list shows only two chips: Active and Hidden
The list simplifies the three real statuses (DRAFT, ACTIVE, INACTIVE) into two chips:

| Hidden | DRAFT or INACTIVE | Not shown to buyers. A brand-new draft and a manually-paused product look the same here — hover the chip or open the product detail page to see which it is. |
🚫Common Mistake
Seeing “Hidden” on a product you just created does not mean something went wrong — every new product is a draft and shows as Hidden until you add inventory.
What you can do
View Details
A read-only summary including pricing, compliance and the product’s barcode identity. This page shows the precise status (including a real Draft chip).
Edit
Reopens the four-step wizard, pre-filled. (Editing skips the catalog-identify phase.)
Hide / Activate
Toggle whether buyers can see a non-draft product.
Delete
Permanently removes the product. Confirmation: “Are you sure you want to delete this product?” — “This action cannot be undone.”
⚠️Warning
Hiding a product is reversible; deleting it is not. If you just want to pause sales, Hide rather than Delete.
Why buyers can’t see your product
Work through this checklist in order — it covers every gate between your product and the buyer:
- Store verified? Selling is blocked until verification is approved (
FORBIDDEN_UNVERIFIED_STORE, «أكمل توثيق المتجر قبل البيع.»). - Still a draft? A product with no inventory line is invisible. Add Inventory and choose a fulfillment model.
- Out of stock? With zero available quantity buyers can’t purchase. For FBF, stock only counts after warehouse receipt and activation.
- Visibility toggle off? Check the “Show product in store” toggle in the inventory details — see Visibility & Availability.
- Deactivated by administration? The Hidden chip tooltip reads “Product manually deactivated by administration” — open a support ticket to ask why and what to fix.
- Catalog identity rejected? If the linked catalog identity was
REJECTED, resolve it under Catalog → My Products.
💡Tip
Use the status and category filters to keep on top of drafts. A pile of drafts is sales you haven’t switched on yet.
