Prohibited vs restricted
Counterfeit goods and IP violations are taken seriously. Only list genuine products, and remember a brand name in a listing grants no rights — brand ownership goes through a Brand Request.
Compliance starts at verification
Your store’s compliance begins with verification (company KYB) and continues with every listing and order. If Fawran flags a policy issue, you’ll often see it as a warning or a “Waiting for Seller” support ticket — respond promptly.
When unsure whether something is allowed, check the Prohibited & Restricted Products policy first, and open a Policy & Violations support ticket if you’re still not sure. It’s far cheaper than a takedown or suspension.
